❓ WHERE CAN I FIND THE LIVE STREAMS?
We will send you an email to register for the live soon sessions.
❓ CAN I ASK QUESTIONS TO THE COMMUNITY INSIDE OF THE FACEBOOK GROUP?
You'll be able to post questions on posts within the group.
❓ WILL THE GROUP STILL BE OPEN AFTER THE CHALLENGE IS OVER?
The group will still be available for you to access after the challenge is over but we will not be hosting daily livestreams after the challenge ends. The replays for the trainings will not be available after the final day of the challenge.
❓ WHAT ARE THE POSTING GUIDELINES FOR DAILY CHALLENGE THREADS, AND WHERE CAN THEY BE FOUND?
You'll see the threads for each day at the top of your feeds as a pinned post.
We recommend that you only comment on a thread once and if you have anything to add, you edit your existing comment or reply to your existing comment. This makes it easier for us to answer your questions and ensure we get to as many people as possible.
❓ DO I HAVE TO RSVP AS GOING TO EACH LIVE SESSION IN THE EVENTS TAB?
You are not required to RSVP to each LIVE event. However, if you want to know exactly when the LIVE starts, RSVPing will tell Facebook to notify you so you don't miss anything.
❓ WHAT IS THE BEST WAY TO ASK QUESTIONS DURING THE LIVE SESSIONS IN THE FACEBOOK GROUP?
During each Livestream, members of Ben Azadi's team will be actively engaging with you in the comment section of the videos. They'll be sharing helpful links and answering your questions so you can get the most out of your session.
If you have any questions after the Live Session, you can email [email protected].
Only members who have upgraded to VIP will have their questions answered by Ben Azadi.

3❓ IS THIS CHALLENGE FREE?
YES! Our 3-Day Burn Fat Challenge is entirely free to sign up for and participate in. We do have options for additional purchases via VIP.
❓ WILL REPLAYS OF EACH SESSION BE AVAILABLE?
Replays of each session will be available inside of the 3-Day Burn Fat Challenge Facebook group while the challenge is taking place. At the end of the challenge, the replays will be removed, but can be accessed by those who purchase our Challenge VIP for LIFE.
❓ WHEN WILL REPLAYS BE AVAILABLE UNTIL?
Replays will be available in the Facebook group for everyone until the last day of the challenge. If you are part of our VIP community, you will have access to the replays for LIFE.
❓ WHERE CAN I FIND ANY LINKS OR DOWNLOADS THAT THE KETO KAMP TEAM HAS MENTIONED DURING THE LIVE STREAMS?
We'll be adding links and resources to the descriptions of each live training session (which will remain on the replay video). Also, look out for emails with specific links and updates at the end of each challenge day.
❓ HOW DO I KNOW WHEN THINGS ARE HAPPENING IN MY TIME ZONE?
The fastest way to figure out your local time is to google "12 PM EST to (insert your local time zone)"
ie. 12 PM EST to CST

❓ HOW DO I KNOW WHEN LIVE STREAMS, TRAINING SESSIONS AND GIVEAWAYS ARE HAPPENING?
You can find a complete list of all events in the "Events" tab of this group. We're making it really clear when giveaways are happening! You will also receive email updates
❓ WILL ALL MY QUESTIONS BE ANSWERED?
We are working very hard to answer as many questions as we can. However, it will be physically impossible for us to get back to everyone. If you'd like to be in the front of the line to get your questions answered, we are offering a VIP experience that will help your questions be prioritized.
❓ DO I HAVE TO BE VIP TO GET MY QUESTIONS ANSWERED?
No! You do not need to join our VIP Community to get your questions answered. However, we do prioritize our VIP Community members' questions in each of our Q&A sessions.
